This Privacy Policy explains how Sentinel Core Vision, a sole proprietorship ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use Sentinel Core Vision and our websites (the "Service"). 1. What we process on your device (and don't collect)

The Software captures and analyses video frames locally, on your computer, to perform detection, tracking, and visualization. This video and its analysis never leave your device, and we never receive them. Your configuration and profiles are stored locally on your machine.

2. Data we collect

• Purchase & account data — when you buy a plan, our payment processor collects your email and payment details and shares limited transaction data with us (for example, email, plan, and payment status). We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Licence & device data — your licence key and a hardware identifier used to bind and validate your licence, so a licence is used within its allowed limits.
• Connection data — when the app checks your licence, we process technical data such as IP address and timestamps for validation, security, and fraud prevention.
• Support & community data — messages you send us by email or on Discord, if you choose to contact us or join.
• Website data — basic, aggregated technical logs needed to serve and secure the website.

3. Why we process it, and our legal bases

• To provide the Service and your licence — performance of our contract with you.
• To validate licences, prevent abuse, and secure the Service — our legitimate interests in protecting the Service and honouring plan limits.
• To handle payments, tax, and records — compliance with our legal obligations.
• To respond to your support requests — performance of our contract and our legitimate interest in supporting customers.
• Optional communications — only with your consent, where consent is required.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service, under contracts that require them to protect it — for example:

• our payment processor (to take payments and manage subscriptions);
• our hosting and infrastructure providers (to run the licence server and website);
• Discord, if you choose to join our community; and
• authorities or advisers where we are legally required to, or to protect our rights.

5. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under applicable law (such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).

6. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above — for the life of your licence and account, plus any period required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons — then delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. If you are in California, you may request to know or delete your personal information and are entitled not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights; we do not sell personal information.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Cookies & local storage

Our marketing website is static and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any local storage the app or site uses is limited to what is needed to make it work (such as remembering your settings on your own device).

10. Children

The Service is not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, children under the age required by your local law (at least 16). If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will change the date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
